Organisational psychologist, facilitator & executive coach
Gillian Cribbs is a Leadership Coach and Organisational Consultant who works with global leaders, teams and organisations across a range of sectors, including luxury, financial services, media, telecoms, technology and professional services. Over the last 19 years she has worked extensively in Europe, the US, Asia, Africa and the Middle East delivering leadership programmes, one-to-one and team coaching and workshops on personal branding, coaching skills for managers and conflict resolution.
Gillian runs her own successful practice, Credo Consulting, in London and is a long time associate of The London Business School, IMD (Switzerland), Said Business School (Oxford) and HHL Business School (Leipzig). She regularly collaborates with leading UK and international academics on company specific leadership programmes.

Gillian holds an MSc. in Organisational Psychology and qualified as a Professional Business Coach at The School of Coaching in London. She is also an accredited mediator and is certified to use the NEO PIR, FIRO-B and Hogan psychometric instruments.
